Porsche 911 Suspension Pan Repair

Dealing with Porsche 911 Suspension Pan rust has to be the one of the most demoralizing aspect of any restoration!  One of the advantages of my car, (there aren’t many) is that its generally rust free.  The one area that is commonly rusty is the area below the battery also know as the front suspension pan.

In the videos below, I tackle removing the old rusted out suspension pan after taking careful measurements of the original.
